Comfort Suites Chesapeake - Norfolk

Have stayed here a couple of times. Rooms are always very clean and well maintained. Breakfast is always great, with a good selection of offerings! Judy (Front Desk) was amazing, and was able to accommodate us into a room earlier than expected! Staff was already there to help and always greeted us coming in and out. Tons of shops nearby to go in as well as food places!

Judy at the front desk was great!! We arrived early and was not able to check in as housekeeping was running behind but she was very kind and informative with us. When we came back to check in our 4 rooms the lobby filled quickly behind us. Judy stayed calm, kind and polite! She was such a pleasure and handled the little rush like a champ!! Thanks for welcoming us with a warm smile and a great attitude!

Stayed overnight to start a cruise this morning. Very convenient to were we were parking for the cruise. Room was very nice. Great bathroom and shower. Very comfortable bed. Safe area and very quiet. Hot breakfast was really good. Staff was very friendly and check in and out was easy and fast.

Judy is amazing! She and the staff and front desk team are easygoing, welcoming, and friendly. They truly made the entire trip smooth and stress-free. The rooms are comfortable, consistently clean, and well-maintained. Everything feels fresh and inviting, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. It’s a great value for the quality of service and comfort you receive. I would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to coming back.

Love this hotel! Clean, modern updated rooms, great breakfast. The bed was so comfortable and the staff was so helpful. We needed to stay an extra night due to our cruise being delayed and Judy was so helpful in making this happen. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

I will definitely stay at this place the next time we are in the area. Our room was clean and updated, with cool furniture and great lighting. The bed was nice and firm, and the sheets were super soft. The pillows weren't the greatest for me, but that's personal preference. The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner and moisturizer, but the water pressure wasn't the greatest. The vanity was huge, though. We were in a non-smoking room, but unfortunately had to pass through hallways where the smell of pot was disgusting - again, that's pure luck with who was staying there... The lady who checked us in was awesome, the lobby was attractive, and breakfast was typical. All in all, a great deal and we're recommending it.

Alright. I’ve been here about a week now. Ashana, Theresa and Judy have been absolutely top notch the very best host ever. The three of them have gone above and beyond for me during my stay. I literally cannot say enough good about them anytime whatsoever that I am in this town. I will be staying at this hotel and I will hope on everything that they are still employees here.. also, I have had clean rooms and good service outside of just those three. Great spot, highly recommended.

Good stay. The rooms were nice. The staff was nice. The hotel was clean. Good area. Breakfast wasnt that great. The sausage links were cold. It was the only issue I had so it's not enough to drop it to 4 stars. I would stay here again.
